Oldie but Goodie by smarsee1 on Mar 13, 2005 Each steak sizzles in it's own juices and if you like thick steaks, try the NY strip. They use Canol oil to fry other selections in instead of cheap soybean oil which makes their version of a blooming onio and mozarella sticks... aol.com
