Things have changed by -Anonymous- on Oct 15, 2006 They deal VERY QUICKLY with even minor problems.They actually do a background check of prospective tenants now. It has truly changed the neighborhood! The windows are crappy but the townhomes/apartments over all are spacious... provided byapartmentratings.com
