BEFORE STARTING I INFORMED NOT TO USE ASH ON MY HAIR. AFTERWORD I FOUND OUT THEY USED ASH. MY HAIR LOOKS BAD AND THE DAMAGE IS ALOT. I WENT HOME AND PUT COLOR ON TRYING TO GET THE RED OUT AND NOTHING WORKED. I COLORED AGAIN...
