Very dissapointed! by A TripAdvisor Member on Mar 4, 2006

At 4am the alarm went off in the hallway for a half hour it skreeched. With all the money spent on TV advertising they must have not had enough left to complete the hotel. I saw this hotel rated 3 or 4 stars at Travelocity...

Customer Service not a word at the hotel by Elaine on May 4, 2009

Attractive, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. by Ambyre P. on Aug 1, 2006

The casino floor/restuarant area was lacking in atmosphere for us. The walk to the MGM grand is short, and you can take a shuttle or the monorail to get easily up and down the strip from there, so it's location wasn't too...

Staff was unhelpful and rude. If you are looking for a cheap stay look elsewhere. I would not take a room from Hooters for Free! The rooms are old, stained and run down. The bathrooms are even worse! Loose tiles, dirty towels...

NOT what you'd expect!!! by Paco on Apr 20, 2009

About a block away from the strip, but that walk at night is a dodgy, poorly-lit one! The pool is nice but the sun is hidden behind the building at around 2 leaving the whole area in the shade so you have to get your tan...

They have a small buffet area within the restaurant; it is not separate. I ate at the buffet twice and checked it out several more times to see what was being offered. The buffet is small - the smallest I have seen in a hotel/casino....
