Salvation Army used to be open until 6 or 7 a few years ago. Heck they are never open now. I can't get in their but once or twice a year. And they are outpricing themselves. I got in the store on July 3rd this year...

Why is there a seperate charge for dranage of water used? Do they have a meter on how much goes down the drain? Why do I have to pay storm water charges? Why am i paying for a well head ( for the next 20 years)?...
