DON'T MAKE A RESERVATION EVER! by A Yahoo! Contributor on Dec 6, 2006

No manager on site as it was his/her last day (?) No breakfast was served. Stayed one night and was charged for 3 nights! Cannot get anyone to answer the phone or return phone messages when I could get through the line! Steep...

The noise factor was horrific. Between the bar and the street sleep was impossible. There were boxes and decorations all over. The carpets are filthy and in general it was a pig sty. Three of the four lights in the room worked....

Hallways are narrow, ceilings cathedral-height, decor pleasant and soothing. A continental style breakfast is served to your room each morning - choices include croissants, muffins or coffee cake, coffee or tea, juices, fresh...

The food is good, and I have to say that the cheesesteaks were quite good. The rooms are on the small side, but who stays in their room on a trip like this? Also, they bring you breakfast in bed every morning. This place...
