Terrible service, the food was foul, and the ambiance was mediocre. I hate to sound so negative, but I would hate for someone to waste $100+ on a terrible meal like we did. It was a bitter disapointment. Giving this restaurant...

Worse than terrible by gaulegirl 6 contributions on Jul 27, 2008

You will be disappointed with their 'turn that table in 45 minutes' attitude. We ordered a specific bottle of German Riesling listed on the wine menu & were served California Firestone - the waiter was 'like sooooo?' Even...

While there were only 3 tables occupied- the wait staff was perfect and the chocolate creme Brule to die for!! I recommend this place to everyone, (especially when it is not overcrowded) we had a great time. My husband had...

It was accompanied by vegetables out of the frozen food section, and bland potatoes with 2- week old fresh rosemary. Seriously. Don't make the mistake we made and get sucked into the most romantic restaurant in Lubbock. Don't...

Tiny little local can really produce! on Apr 2, 2006

The atmosphere is really quaint. Chez is squished into a tiny shopping center by Quaker, so it can be easy to have to drive by once or twice. Also, on Valentines day, plan early as reservations go quick! PROS: Good food CONS:...

I lived in Lubbock for ten years and Chez Suzette saved me. Not only is it a wonderful resturant with true French cuisine (you will have a fine french chef prepare your food) it might have the best wine list in town! Warm...
