So needless to say our room was close to 90 degrees. We mentioned this to the receptionist and she said they had heard about the problem and said they should probably fix it. That just made it worse that they were fully aware...

Great location. Pretty expensive. The Pfister is a beautiful historic hotel in downtown Milwaukee. It's within walking distance to many attractions, so it was very convenient. There is also an amazing view from the 23 floor...

The towels were identical to Holiday Inn quality... However, for a Milwaukee hotel ... this hotel is classy in appearance and has a great gift shop and piano bar... I would not recommend this hotel to anyone under 28 years...

the functional half sounded like a truck. The shower valve and cover plate virtually pulled out of the wall when it was turned on. What kind of incidental charge would a broken shower valve be? a good portion of the room...
